Hello, my name is Denise LaSalle but since entering the Coaching World, my clients like to refer to me as Coach LaSalle or Coach "D", so I've combined the names to make it easier for my new friends to find me – Coach “D” LaSalle. I have been in the Training and Development Industry for over 15 years now.
I have worked in and with Multiple Industries including The Automotive Industry, The Food Industry, Obviously the Training and Development Industry and others. I've been involved with the startup of several business including 4 of my own.
My Focus has always been to assist others in getting to the next level in life and in Business through Training & Development and to achieve the visions of the organizations in which they have either owned or worked. This has been accomplished through Motivational Speaking, Inspirational and Transformational Leadership Techniques. I believe in Positive Psychology and that Leadership is more than a Title.
